This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Zone Farms LLC (“Blue Zone Farms,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects information, including information related to our text message (SMS) program, Blue Zone Farms Account & Farm Alerts.
Information we collect
- Contact information you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and mailing address, when you contact us, do business with us, or work with us.
- Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records for people who opt in to our text alerts, including the date, time and method of opt-in (written form or verbal consent) and any opt-out requests.
- Message records, such as the content and delivery status of text messages we send and replies you send to us.
How we use information
- To operate the farm, pay and communicate with vendors, and respond to inquiries.
- To send the text alerts you agreed to receive: invoice and payment reminders, payment confirmations, vendor and voicemail alerts, and farm operations notices.
- To keep records of consent and honor opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Text messaging (SMS) privacy
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data. Mobile numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent collected for our SMS program will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver text messages (for example, our messaging platform and wireless carriers), solely to provide the service, and as required by law.

How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run the farm and our communications (such as email, banking and messaging providers), with our professional advisors, or when required by law. As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your contact information by contacting us below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
